razcooper Posted May 22, 2018 Share Posted May 22, 2018 Hello,I have just withdrawn an amount of money from Fiverr through PayPal. I got an email which says: “Claim your money”. After I click on it, it says: " log in or sign up to claim your money". After all of this, my balance is still the same and the money didn’t come in my PayPal account! fonthaunt Posted May 23, 2018 Share Posted May 23, 2018 Try logging into PayPal with the same email address you use on Fiverr. If it works, on the Fiverr end you should see a notice that says your withdrawal was completed successfully. If it doesn’t work, contact Support.
