Order Reviewing Issue's

Hi everyone here, I’ve been having issue’s with buyers reviewing orders. What I’m trying to tell is that
Some buyers only mark your order as completed but didn’t know what to do to review, they believe as long as they mark the order as completed they will take their work without watermark and leave.
What i notice is that some buyers did not actually know the meaning of those emoji’s in order page talk-less of knowing how to select it and leave a review. i will really appreciate if fiverr can just include everything on the same page after marking the order as completed there shouldn’t be another page where by they’ll be heading to for the review. Thank you
