Buy asked for additional service after the order is completed

Greetings,
Iam an interior designer and i have worked with someone and the order is completed and no problems and then he asked for the source file of the design and i didnt mind and just asked if he could increase the budget by leaving a tip for the source file.
he said okay and everything is fine until i uploaded the file and sent it to him and then he stopped responding to my messages…
IS there any action to be done?

Probably not. Just take it as a lesson learned and make it an add-on so they can easily request it after the order, or send them a custom order.
