Of course it depends on what you want to buy, but in many categories you can see many of the seller’s previous works right alongside the review that the customer gave for it. I consider the Live Portfolio to be my most important selling tool. I love that potential buyers can see my most recent projects. I also find it’s useful for noticing if someone is just delivering a stock graphic or work that is much worse than the work they have in their original gallery.I consider the Live Portfolio to be my most important selling tool. (I can also feel the emotions of the buyer when they might have selected the wrong candidate and blamed the whole sellers community for that. That should be avoided by the buyers in my sense, but at the same time they are investing their time and money and it somewhat seems legitimate to their point of view. Lots of buyers don’t want them to. If I had paid someone to write my product description I wouldn’t want it displayed on some writers web portfolio. No buyer is obligated to give a 5-star review, or any review. Telling someone with 500 reviews, 1,000 reviews, even 200 reviews, that his or her reviews are overrated is very insulting.Reading the reviews, including the negative reviews, looking at the portfolio samples, checking out competitors, should give you a clear picture of who you should hire.Furthermore, 25% of the time it’s the buyer’s expectations that are too high. When I wrote LinkedIn Summaries, I used to deal with that constantly. I had clients with three jobs that wanted me to make them sound like winners. What was I supposed to do? Lie about them? I can’t do that. Or they would ask for a “creative” summary, a poem or some nonsense like what celebrities do. A TRS is more competent than a level 2 seller and a level 2 is competent than a level 1 seller.If a seller doesn’t meet criteria for having that level, he/she will be demoted automatically by 15 of every month and in return, a seller will lose his/her gig and it’s multiple as per the new level that he/she has attained.Good Luck!! 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
