About Fiverr order cancellation

I am on Fiverr from last 6 month. Today one of my order is canceled, disappointing things is I worked for the job from last 14 days, today was the submission day. And I almost finished the job. I already contacted on support center about order cancellation. My question is what can be the reasons for happening this and is there having any chance to get back my order?
