assassino666 Posted October 10, 2013 Posted October 10, 2013 I got an order to make an application and I completed it with all the additional features asked by the buyer but after submitting my work on the 2nd day (i take 3 days to deliver) my buyer started blabbering about something amiss and he contacted fiverr and got the order cancelled, I got a message displayed on the ordered gig “this gig will be canceled within 24 hours if not able to deliver requested modification”, the problem is that i need to know what kind of modification he asked. Anyways the gig got cancelled and he got the work done for free. What am I supposed to do in this kind of situation in future?
tusharkhatiwada Posted October 10, 2013 Posted October 10, 2013 I think you should Post your problem to Fiverr Support. They might be able to help you.Provide them the screenshots of the conversations too. This might be useful too.
assassino666 Posted October 11, 2013 Author Posted October 11, 2013 they say they can’t force the buyer to re-order, the essence of it is that they can’t help. Anyways, what I’m trying to know is that what should I do if anything like this happens in the future.
