PayPal withdrawal in Progress

Hello fiverrs,

Today I want to withdraw my money to PayPal. but when I went to the earning page. the PayPal button is grey and when I hover on top, it says " withdrawal in progress". Last time I have withdrawal the money was in April 18th. so it has been a month. Is there anyone know what’s going on? and how I can solve it? thanks!

hi. i have a concern about my revenue. its about withdrawing revenue through paypal. i have had successful withdrawals through paypal before. since i dont have fiverr revenue card, its the only way i have. now as i have noticed, since April 21, 2014 when i attempt to withdraw my funds, the paypal withdrawal button on the revenues page is greyed out and not interactive. and it has been like this until today April 24, 2014. i have already sent a request to fiverr customer support but they said it …

Maybe. It’s a Fiverr bug. I found another post about this same issue.
You can contact with Fiverr CS for this issue.
