Perfect performance metrics yet not on front page

Hello, hope you all are going great.
What does it take to be on the front page, my performance metrics are all perfect, 5.0 ratings, 100% completion rate, delivered on time 100% etc yet am not highly rated. your advice and recommendations are all welcome.
