I have an incomplete profile?

Hello ! I’m new to Fiverr. Unfortunately, I can’t advance because the dashboard claims that my profile is incomplete. Do I need to add more gigs to my profile ? I have everything updated.

I reactivated my account a month ago and completed 14 orders since then and it still says my profile is incomplete. So I’m not sure what you mean when you say you can’t advance.
