Changing Tags & Title + Researching Keywords

When you change a tag or title does this have any negative impact on your gig? For example, would it make your gig not search as well as a result? Would you lose any important search rankings that you’ve gained over time?

Secondly, how do you recommend I do research to discover the most optimal keywords for the tags and title of a gig?
