No buyer requests showing up

I have a few gigs, they’ve been up about a week, I have a sale, but no buyer requests. Not just “only a few.” Zilch. I’m not expecting them to flood in, but I thought there’d be a trickle. Is there a chance that my categories just aren’t popular for buyer requests? Am I doing something wrong? Bug?

I’d love to figure this out, since it sounds like buyer requests are a great way to get early sales.
