Improving the custom offer feature

Dear Fiverr Community,

Are you sending Custom offers all the time? In my experience, once I start talking to a prospective client, in 2-4 messages there comes a point where they need me to send a custom offer. They are unsure what to order, which extras to include, so it’s more convenient just to say yes to an offer from me.

However. Each extra has a certain price and when creating a custom offer, Fiverr does not show the value of the extras. I always have to visit my gig’s page and calculate a total from there.
What are your experiences regarding this? Is it a pain for you too?
