File Download Problem

Hi. Everyone.!! When I try to download file from “Buyer request” page my computer show unsupported file. File format is missing. Although I download the file, I can’t open it. Please check the screenshot

If there is a image or doc format file and I try to force download this way & choose “Open with” after download this file it’s opening correctly.
How will I know which format of files buyer attached ??
But If I try to download the file from inbox or delivery page. I can check the file format before download.
