Unknown number sending me vertification code

I just tried to change my Paypal account linked to my account on fiverr. The vertification sms code that was sent to me worked just fine, and I was about to change the e mail of Paypal. However, I noticed the number that sent me the code was not called"verify" however it was a random number, and the message was written with lots of spaces. Should I report this to cs? or since the code worked, it might be normal?
