Deliverable files larger than 150MB, can we use external cloud storage?

As you may know, Fiverr limits the deliverable file size to 150MB. So can we upload such files to external cloud storage like Google Drive or Microsoft Drive and give the link to the seller instead?

So as long as there’s no direct communication I guess it’s OK to use external sites to delivery the work, right?
