He asked me to write an e-mail and I do not know how to write itThis is for anyone in the OP position:If you had earned the money fairly and been suspended for other reasons, you can get the funds in 90 days through Support.When you earn funds through theft (stealing Shutterstock photos) or anything similar, the money is not yours.
