Issues making payments from Nigeria

I am tried making payment for a service but unable to. Paypal doesn’t currently work in Nigeria and when I select VISA and any of the other payment method, it directs me back to PayPal. What do I do here. I really need an urgent response.

Use payoneer if it is available in Nigeria. We Pakistani also can’t use Paypal so we use Payoneer.
