Blinking Profile Pictures

I have seen some profile pictures are blinking with many colors and animations. I also tried to do it with GIF format. but it doesn’t work for me. I can’t upload GIF images to profile picture. Anyone who knows it?

Animated profile images aren’t allowed. You risk your account being restricted so I wouldn’t advise it.

If you want to have an animated profile image, ask Customer Support for permission and advice, and do what they say.

I agree but have seen Pro & TRS sellers using these. Could be Fiverr is experimenting with a cool, new, Leaving Las Vegas look.
