I asked but didn’t get reply from buyer so I left them as it is instead of canceling.

I just nag them into completing the requirements - following up every few days until they provide the information 😂 I think I’ve only had to cancel 1, maybe 2 incomplete orders in almost 3 1/2 years on fiverr.
