Sometimes when I open Fiverr app, I always see a box saying for me to contact customer support. What could be the cause? Did I do something wrong with my gigs? This is a link to my profile:

We can’t tell you why, but you should contact customer support if they tell you to. 🙂

I have done that… I was told it will be rectified then. But it still did come back later

I can’t really tell if it is affecting my sales, because even from start I’ve not been getting orders well
