I am level 2, and I have been nominated 3 times (since January 2018) to be TRS, but I have not been upgraded.

To be honest, I still do not know why, because the email they explain is very general. They are not specific to indicate which is my “failure”

@jochesxp You can send message to Fiverr CS for this, what is the issue that you not become a TRS.

Then they can help you for TRS pausing.

Actually, they don’t. They send you the same canned response, which are super kind and apologetic, but in fact not telling you anything.

Complete at least 60 days as an active Seller on Fiverr

Complete at least 10 individual orders (all time)

Earn at least $400

Maintain a 4.8 star rating over the course of 60 days

90% Response rate over the course of 60 days

90% Order completion over the course of 60 days

90% On-time Delivery over the course of 60 days

Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 30 days

@designdeck I’ve already done it, even the last time in March, I did it annoying because they do not really explain. If I have an error and they do not tell me exactly what it is, then I can never correct it.

I think the best thing is to be clear and say exactly why.

Hopefully they can improve that information

@jochesxp Yeah they can if you continuously try for response, Hope so they will try to fix your problem.

But Don’t worry just make continuously your profile improve and you are became a TRS 🙂

To all who hope to become a TRS after meeting the requirements, it is not that easy.

You will need to really stand out in some way as being better than most of your competition. And you most likely know it if you do deserve it. You won’t need to wonder if you deserve it.

You will be noticed by fiverr staff if you are in some way standing out in a good way.

There are thousands of really great amazing level two sellers. You will need to be better in some way than 99% of all the great level two sellers.

There are level two sellers with thousands of 5 star reviews who have been on fiverr for many years and never got one one star review in all that time, who are not TRS.
