It comes to how well one is able to negotiate with the buyer.I don’t count myself as a natural negotiator but I am realising the importance of negotiating with the buyer based on logical reasoning.
If one is on fiverr to make enough money so that he can escape the 9-5 trap then that person must be flexible enough to change his price tag for the better projection of his goals.

Indeed , but the low price is not always on all gigs , its also an encouragement for people that can’t afford big prices to get there work done and then we have the extra price for delivering early than the time due …

I am myself a new seller and Trust me I have delivered orders that should be in hundreds and I being a new seller did the same work for 15 or 20 dollars.

This is a common trend and I don’t think I would have made it otherwise.

Now after becoming mature on fiverr I don’t consider working for anything less than the fair price.The reasons are obvious to experienced sellers.

Hi guys, today I wanna share a hidden point with you. I have researched on a specific point is “Gig Price Range”.

Nowadays, it’s a common issue that most of the sellers are offering very low price/cost for the big service than the fair price. Among them, most of them are the new seller. You will see, someone is offering standard price and some are offering very low price. But what’s the problem?

The big and practically proven problem is that you will miss the big/top buyers. Because most of the top buyers are thinking that may you will never give the best service at your lowest price quote.

My Suggestion:

Never offer very low price quote than the fair price. You can offer some discount instead of lowest price. Keep your standard with the fair price and high-quality service. You will get the top buyers instead of small/one time buyers. That will make you succeed. Happy freelancing.👌

Yes i agreed .Low price mean you are using some sort of short cut or using free templates or coping others work …Professional buyers know how much time and cost require to do his task as they are very experienced as buyer … Even i have to kept my price very low which doesen’t justify the services i am providing … but i am a new seller on Fiverr so i have to do experiments … as i saw most of seller keeping their price very low … I am working freelance for more than 5 years but started Fiver 2 weeks ago … What i found … on no other site seller ready to do work that low price … Mean $5 for one day work ??? :thinking: While in most of buyers are from those countries where Wages rate More than $10 PER HOUR … How they would believe that someone can provide them quality work for rate which is not even 30 min rate in their country…!!!

Yes it’s true … One time clients always look for a lowest price as they don’t have to plan long run good working relations with seller … I am also working for some clients as full time They know they can not keep me in long run at very low price … as i am aware the actual wages rate in their country … Although i keep my rate low as compare to their country rate but it’s not that cheep … Another important thing !!! Most of freelancing website rate seller according to $$ amount they earn rather number of project they do … So we should keep our price bit reasonable if we we want to come on the list of highly recommended seller !!!

Right said, also good price drives mindset to the buyer that you are not offering cheap quality service or trying to get a bunch of orders!
