It could be a ToS issue, words that were used, imagery etc. We can speculate all day here. A denied gig means you will have no other choice but to delete and create a new gig that complies with ToS.💡 Also, check your Fiverr account email, usually there are more details of why the gig was denied.Otherwise, reach out to CS.
