weeray Posted March 27, 2018 Share Posted March 27, 2018 I have cancelled a order by mutual agreement. Buyer asked to cancel the order because he cannot agree on the price. Now my order completion rate reduced to 60%. My level 1 badge was removed because the buyer didn’t contact me (which I clearly mentioned in my gig’s description) before buying the gig. This is completely nonsense. What’s wrong with this website. Developers still don’t know how to implement the “Order Completion Rate” feature and it’s effect on the seller level. naikoosuhaib Posted March 27, 2018 Share Posted March 27, 2018 There can’t be some different rule to not count order which come directly. Also buyer have the right to order directly.
