Bad review problems

It seems you missed a delivery. Usually the system automatically allows cancellation when you are over 24 hour late.

The only way to overcome this is to deliver more orders and get positive reviews. Getting new orders will be difficult with such few orders, so it’s a catch 22.

You can talk to support about closing account and starting fresh.
