No Unspam request?

So I just got an obvious scam message with a zip attachment. Normally I hit unspam request, type a reply then report it again but there’s no unspam request.

Is this new? Is it going to affect my response rate?

Hi, I haven’t yet received any pre-flagged spam like that. I haven’t had the old kind either in a while.

It looks like they have some kind of anti-virus now that scans attachments sent in messages.

However I just got a spam message with a .docx file which I’m positive is some type of malware which was not flagged.
