No you don’t.

What matters is the quality of your lead generation on social media and on what social media platforms your audience is present.

Simply having a presence everywhere doesn’t increase the likelihood of you getting work. It just makes you look at a spammer and dodgy professional.

It’s much more effective to focus on quality and create a strategy that will actually engage your target audience – and you have to know where your target audiences are.
