Could you give some more information? Are you saying that you delivered an order? Have they accepted it yet? If they have, then it takes two weeks to clear. Hope that helped.

its saying it will take 3 days to mark as complete so have they accepted it

If it says it will autocomplete in three days, that means the buyer has not accepted the delivery yet.

The buyer has not accepted the order yet. If they accept before the three days, they will have the opportunity to rate you. It’s their choice. Don’t ask for a review.
