kim_reiko Posted March 16, 2018 Share Posted March 16, 2018 I normally use the app to withdraw but over the past few days it’s been telling me that I have to “use the website at least once to withdraw funds before using the mobile app” - which is irrelevant because I was able to successfully do this on the 11th as well as dozens of times prior to this.When I go to the site and select my earnings, it appears as 0 earned, and shows no pending clearance or previous orders. I can only get it to show me my balance and pending clearance when I select earnings - but on that page the withdrawal button is greyed out over PayPal and says “withdrawal in progress” - I have yet to receive any email confirmation or replies to any tickets so I was wondering if anyone knows a work around.Thanks so much and sorry 😐 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
misscrystal Posted March 16, 2018 Share Posted March 16, 2018 Generally the withdrawal will not begin until you use the link that fiverr sends to your email, so it sounds like this was bypassed for some reason.You should ask customer support to look into this for you.
