All cancelled orders will affect your stats. This is unavoidable!

What happens when we submit the order in late but still the client is OK with that!!!

If you need more time to complete an order and the client is OK with that. Simply utilize the resolution center to request an extension.

Can you give your seller an extension?

What if you don’t go through the resolution centre but you are both OK with the seller having more time to finish their gig. Is the order automatically cancelled by Fiverr?

If you and your client choose to deliver late, Your client can still leave a great 5 star review. You will still have a late delivery that will calculate on your delivery on-time delivery stat.

After you are 24 hours late on the clock, your customer will then have an option to cancel the order. The non-mutual cancellation will leave an automatic negative review posted by the system. Mutual cancellation will not be reviewed. So we prefer to have only mutual cancellations.

I have had happy repeat customer accidentally cancel after it was 24 hours late. You use to be able to kind of float through and avoid the hassle of asking the client to extend the deadline, but with the new ratings in place, you really can’t afford not to do it.

I know many of the delays are caused by the customer’s delays. Our patience is part of providing great customer service. We just have to keep the Fiverr clocks happy.
