Response Rate Bug from March 04, 2018

Hello all,

I want to inform you about an issue. Maybe I am not the one faced this issue.

As you know there was a message problem with fiverr at March 04, 2018. We received messages but couldn’t reply them.

Today my response rate went down suddenly. I’ve asked CS for that as I always reply all my messages within 5 hours.

They said me that this was because of messages that I have received at march 04, 2018 However I’ve replied all these messages as soon as they fixed this issue but the system counts them as late reply. And CS can’t do anything about this issue.

Does anyone else face this issue?

I can’t answer since I had no problem replying to messages on March 4.

You should tell CS about this bug and show them this thread on the forum also in your message to them.

I found some threads on the forum about this:

Yes I got the same reply from customer support: "Hi there, Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. We’re aware of this issue on our end and our Tech Team is working on fixing it as we speak. I will update you as soon as the issue is resolved in this same ticket request. Thank you for your patience and we do apologize for the inconvenience." Hope it will be fix soon.

They didn’t accept this is because of issue on March 4. My suggestion to cs was that forward this issue to technical team and let them check system logs. However they keep answering “Please be sure to respond within 24 hrs to avoid this happening again.”

Now, every message I receive in 4th March seems like I got it in 4th February. And I seem to have responded to these messages in 1 month. But this happen today. Yesterday everything was okey and my response rate was 100%

Edit : Also I’ve created a ticket for this issue in 4th March.
