My Fiverr is Hacked and Fiverr team is responding any more?

Hi Fiverr Team,

I need your urgent help to save my account. Because Someone has tried to hack my fiverr account and he has changed my account email today. Now He trying to reset password BUT He can’t Because I have Enabled Phone security option. BUT Now I want to change my Email address because he has changed email.

Please help me to get my account Back I am contacting you from last two days but not getting response. You can verify me with any method.

This is forum. We’re just sellers and buyers, with no access to your account (fortunately!). What do you expect any of us to do, exactly?

You’ll have to wait for Customer Support to respond to you (and hope that they don’t decide you to block you for spamming them).

account and hacked my email and have changed numbers etc. from my account i

have reported fiverr and they have investigated about it and they are

returning my account back and now he is finding way to keep my account

hacked but these kind of guys forget the fiver is a responsible site and

also forget that the god is looking on everything.they forget that they

also have to die one day.

I suggest all sellers to keep an eye on your computers to keep your

accounts saved from these kind of guys.they do not know how to earn their

own money.they just learned to see on another’s business.again keep saved

your self from these kind of guys

Try to log into your account using the username rather than the email. The hacker cant change the password. After doing so then you remove the hacker’s mail then you input your new email. Just avoid the old mail.

NB: Always use strong passwords friend. Take fiverr as your employer and not a social media platform then you can realize that you need a very strong password.
