I am lost on how to proceed next.I delivered my order, buyer was not satisfied (saying what I delivered wasn’t what he wanted when he did not communicate any specific details in the gig requirements.), rejected my work and says he is on the verge of calling for resolution.I offered a refund but he has not responded for several days after the delivery. I sent a reminder that he can receive the refund if he wishes to, and mutually cancel. He has still not responded. What is the best course of action? Maybe the communication was lacking as far as what the buyer wanted or something. Would you be willing to revise the order? Not enough clarity and such can cause problems. I’m sorry to hear you’re having troubles, sounds like the buyer is playing games (hide~n~seek or silent treatment). I mean there’s nothing more you can do. Especially if you’re willing to resolve the issue, however dealing with an unresponsive buyer doesn’t help. At least you’re leaving a paper trail if CS take a look at the messages. If you deliver again and the order auto-completes, there’s a chance the buyer will leave a negative. I still feel like if you deliver he’ll reject the order again. The fact that this buyer is not responding even though they are online means they hope you will simply give up and they can get a refund without any type of argument.
