I had worked but buyer didn’t reply and fiverr canceled the gig. I have re-designed client website as their instruction for 4-5 hours work, but I didn’t a penny. Why did Fiverr cancel this gig?

Just check and see that the buyer still exist on fiver, if not you have to understand that the buyer violated any terms and fiverr removed the account then the orders will automatically cancel from the particular buyer.

Did the order pass the delivery deadline? If so it will be automatically cancelled.

If you never delivered anything then the order can be automatically cancelled.

You have to deliver something whether the buyer replies to you or not.

Or maybe the buyer did a chargeback. Was there actually an order?

I have delivered full order. But I think the buyer is dead now. No online, No reply & Not my payment 😛

Your payment becomes pending 3 days after your delivery whether your buyer accepts it or not. It’ll clear for withdrawal 14 days after that.

Let’s hope your buyer isn’t reading the forum eh? 😉

Just saw that you said that Fiverr cancelled the gig - you need to ask CS as others have suggested.
