Help with dispute.. HELP

Hi,
I am new in this page I don’t know how exactly the disputes work.
After a lot, my seller and I we didn’t understand each other so the final result wasn’t what I expected and asked (payed) for.
I sent a dispute and the buyer rejected it and sent me a new one under the name: The buyer requested additional work, which wasn’t in the scope of the original order. Which is not true because from the beginning I was clear with what I wanted.

Can someone tell me if I will get my money back if i accept this dispute.
