Can't withdraw the balance

hi
last one year i use fiver in this account.before this account i have another account i sell one gig there but unfortunately i misuses the restriction of fiver that why my account were banded after three month i apply support for withdraw but i have no any ID card to withdraw the balance now have any opportunity to withdraw the balance?
