Disappearing chat heads

its been awhile but why are there certain chats that disappear in the conversations i had with my client? is something wrong with fiverr? or am i missing something here?

I have that happen too. No one knows the reason.

I’ve noticed that some old messages disappear… Like the one in which the buyer sent me an attachment with their s***e ID, and a suggestion to contact them via s***e.

well, its just happen to me also, last night buyer send me some image, on Fiverr app the message with image its still there, but on the web the message is gone.

Same thing happen to me. It maybe fiverr website bug.

I think it might happen when someone says something that staff takes a look at.
