There should be order acceptance methodology for sellers

on fiverr some buyers are annoying. they make orders without even knowing sellers. so the seller may not be able to do that job. so the order will be canceled. nothing happens for the buyer because they receive their money back. but for sellers it will be marked as a cancelled order and also it will affect on achievements of the Level System.

Solution : after buyer made a payment (except a custom offer) that order should be wait for seller’s acceptance. if for some reason seller rejected it or not respond for some specified duration, the amount that buyer paid should refund to them and it should not be count as cancelled order on analytics. that should be the solution for that disaster. what you guys are thinking about my idea?
