Client ordered gig extra on a complete order

An order was marked completed on 20 or 21 January, but buyer requested a gig extra on completed order, how am I supposed to give him gig extra when the order is complete and there’s no option to deliver files.

I can simply inbox the files but is there any formal way? If there is an option to order gig extra on complete order, there should be a formal way to deliver it.

It’s new for me to have a request of gig extra on a delivered order.
