Professional sellers will carry on a conversation with the buyer. Often, during these 'conversations, more information will be revealed which will permit the seller to better meet the buyer’s wants and needs. To avoid misunderstandings and disagreements, immediately describe what you see as a result. Everything that is discussed with the seller will be taken into account in the work, and what you do not discuss will be left to the discretion of the seller.
