My seller failed to deliver or more likely never intended too.

I have made at ticket and still haven’t got a response. I have money sitting on my fiver account that i would like returned, how long will this take?

If you’ve created a ticket to CS, they’ll have sent you an email receipt. It’ll tell you on there what the current response time is. 🙂
