Order is 5-6 hours late delivered and now after multiple revisions not marking as a completed

Hello guys!
I had an huge order which started on 24th of january. It was 30,000 words article in 7 days. I tried my best but i delivered the order late 5-6 hours of deadline. From that point buyer keep asking me for revisions 4-5 times. Now i redeliver the order for the 5th time. All i want is to know that still after 3 days, why my order is not marked as complete and how much this late status will affect my gig.
