Irresponsible behave of buyer

The Fiverr Trend related to buyers of getting work and then the open dispute is getting high now!
What do you guys think about it?

What rule should be there for such things where buyers do a refund intentionally?

Buyer get the work done and finds 1 or 2 typos in the 20,000+ words from an image scan pdf. Asks for revision not for that but things related to those documents, sends out additional revisions asking for changes not discussed during the deal made. I did those to make the buyer happy so they will leave a good review. But end up around 3 stars and then the buyer won’t reply.
