Yes, it does make one feel bad especially where feedback is lacking from the buyer. Makes you wonder if something went wrong somewhere.



However, it would also be better if the buyer does send a message to let you know your services didnt meet up to the demands. This would leave room for further improvement. How can a seller improve if he/she doesnt know things are not well with the service?
