When I get an order from a buyer before starting must I accept the order or am I Committed to do the work ?

I’m not sure I understand your question. When you receive an order, you are obligated to complete it – unless you choose to cancel the order and refund the purchase price. You are committed to complete orders from the moment you create a gig and someone places an order from that gig.
