Some time back I tried contacting fiverr people to develop app. Hmm no response. May be I didn’t reach right people. So just read blog, fbpage, Twitter feed; added forum link and other and publidhed to google play. But definitely that will not serve seller’s purpose.

Now Only forum url identifies mobile.

Fiverr should have app with login options or fiverr.com should mobile-enabled.

There used to be a Fiverr app for viewing messages between buyers/sellers, and I thought it had been an official app. I deleted it because it wasn’t working so well. I started using Fiverr again more recently, checked the app store and the app seems to be gone. The only result you get when you type in Fiverr on the app store is the app @oldbittygrandma mentioned above.

But yeah, it would be awesome to have a fully functioning Fiverr app. Though I do think the simple layout of Fiverr makes it one of the easiest websites to explore on a phone- considering that it’s not mobile optimized.

I just wish I could get to the gigs I’ve saved, but I can’t because the drop down when I click my login name won’t allow me to click the menu choices from my phone or tablet. :((

@kjblynx, The forums are Vanilla and Vanilla did a great job of making their forums responsive to fit a smartphone and tablet, but Fiverr claims their website is also responsive. Not looking good so far 😉

@hotwebideas, A few days ago their website made my whole phone not responsive. I was offended to say the least. I support this. Not every company needs to own stock deep in your phone’s hard-drive.

I want to check my inbox while on the go. What should I do?

- Open browser
- Visit 'm.fiverr.com'
- Securely log in

OR

- Go to 'Play Store' (sounds foolish already)
- Search for 'fiverr'
- INSTALL A PROGRAM onto your HD
- Agree to a binding contract
- Launch 'fiverr'

Oh, and then still, log in.

'm.yoursite.com' is less profitable than 'the YoursiteMobile App' because only the latter can create the illusion of a useful, ad-free 'PAID version' that does what should be free.

Among certain lines of work, you may find yourself overcharging a man, sometimes even beyond all limits of normal reason and compassion. But you should never -- ever -- expect someone to pay for what is already free.

Unenthusiastically Yours,

Fiverr connects terribly on ipad i have a great connection but there are so many glitches and sometimes i am scared to even mention “how much pay?” For example because one of the web designers i was chatting with it think was blocked. Thats ridiculous we all know that using fiverr will also protect us as buyers, why does fiverr do this? Its so frustrating, in addition it doesn’t work on ipad, o cant even respond to my inbox. The shopping experience is terrible. Although i love fiverr.

Fiverr site doesn’t work on mobile browser sometimes. I also need fully functional app to work from tablet and smartphone. I live in a remote area and when I have any technical issue with internet connection I get stressed as I can’t respond the buyers. Very important issue raised @hotwebideas .

Mine works fine everytime, on every device. Though I agree it could be more robust APP, I think it’s fine, for a first go.

Depends on device, and resources you have on the device.

Reply to @michelltech: Just as a heads up, this was posted in 2012 and I can personally vouch for this that back around then… there wasn’t much of an option and the only realistic way to actually access any of Fiverr way back thennnn was directly through a computer.

Reply to @michelltech: In general though, I agree. The app’s are still quite “rough around the edges” but at least now they’re capable of actually responding to people, checking pretty much every aspect of Fiverr out. Only issue still is that ordering can be a tad bit buggy & sometimes messages simply don’t show up properly or at all depending on how they were sent.

Reply to @freelancemm: Agreed and…it has a delay at times thats a bit much, I’ll see the notice come through on email, and sometimes its over 5 minutes before the mobile push notifies afterwards…also reclicking on notices to double check information, it sometimes won’t allow, well most times it seems it won’t Once you have viewed it once…
