Not Able To See Inbox Messages

Hello!

I’m new to Fiverr and I had an email saying I got a message saying someone was contacting me about a gig. I clicked on the link but the message said something along the lines of “for specific reasons I cannot contact this person unless I unspam them.” So I proceeded with that but I still can’t view the message or the pdf. they sent me. Is there a way to see the whole message? Or is this a junk message? In my inbox it says I have the message but when I click on it there’s just a box to reply and I can’t see anything else. Please help. Thank you so much! 🙂

Possibly that msg contained something harmful or it was just a spam msg & get flagged by Fiverr BOT and that msg/file was deleted.
