Having problem with withdrawal?

Hello folks,

Normally when I click the withdraw button I get the “Almost Done” message and the funds show up in Payoneer in a few minutes, I tried to withdraw as usual but it has been nearly 24 hours I got nothing. The buttons are greyed out and I still see the amount in my fiverr balance.

Anyone has any idea whats going on ?

Contact customer support i also use payoneer never faced this problem
