I see an overall rate on the app which is not on the analytics page aside from separate ones for each gig and the one on the app is a lot higher than any on any gigs.

So I have no idea which to believe.

If yours is 33% that’s unusually high. I’ve never been clear on if conversion rate means the percentage of orders that you get from total number of impressions, or from views, but I think it’s views.

So if you get 100 views of your gigs, you get 33 orders. Thats unheard of.
