Hello I’m a new user how do I know if my account is active?

I’m so confused. I can not tell if people can see my profile or not?

Click on your profile photo> Settings >

There you can check “ONLINE STATUS” When online, your Gigs are visible under the Online search filter.

its means your account is active or your online/available

If you have created a gig, and the gig was approved by Fiverr, buyers can see your profile.

Create a gig then if its approved then your account is active and also if you can login to your account its active
if you cant login its disabled

@lead25 go to your profile-> in the left side you will see “View As buyer” And check how a buyer will see your profile.

Your profile is available online. I can see it and your gig just fine. I noticed that you have gigs offering to talk on the phone or Facetime and you should know that it’s possible to get banned for that sort of thing. You can contact Customer Support and explain why you feel that it’s necessary to offer off-Fiverr contact and they will say yes or no. Without that written permission you may be in trouble. Always take care that you do not offer any adult-oriented services. Those are not allowed on Fiverr. Good luck.

Check with your gig tilte and check in all paginations.
